Cascade Centers, Inc. Reorganizes Leadership to Respond to Service Demands

Cascade Centers, Inc. (Cascade), one of the nation’s largest privately held Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), announced the reorganization of leadership roles throughout the company. Gerald F. (Jerry) Brown, M.A., LMFT, CEAP, a founder of the company, stated that “This reorganization is the result of the growth of the company and the increased demand for mental health and Employee Assistance Program services.”

Anthony Brown, CEAP, the current Vice President of Marketing and Sales has been promoted to CEO. Julie Marshall, Ph.D., CEAP, the current Vice President of Operations has been named COO. Anthony Brown has been with Cascade for 17 years. Marshall has been with Cascade for 22 years. Gale Castillo, M.A., President of Cascade, will remain in her role and Jerry Brown will assume the position of Board Chair.

Castillo stated that “2020 has been challenging for our clients and their employees world-wide given the pandemic, the economic downturn, protests, violence and the wildfires. As a result, our clients have turned to Cascade for vital resources, organizational information and employee support.”

Cascade also announced Dave Christy, LMFT, as Director of Clinical Services; Desiree Davis, M.A., CGAC II, as Team Lead for the clinical staff; Frank Clore, as Supervisor of Provider Relations and Administration and Caitlin Plato, M.A., CADC I, as Senior Training & Organizational Specialist. Anna Meiners, M.A., will remain as the Director of Client Services, responsible for account management.
