Individual Counseling Sessions

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL benefit that can assist employees and their eligible family members with any personal problems, large or small. Cascade offers face to face or phone sessions for problem identification, assessment, establishing outcome goals, recommendations, priorities and actions needed to reach goals.
