Cascade's Caregiver Support Services provide assistance in finding solutions for family members caring for loved ones as their needs change. We help employees and their families through the often confusing maze of services encountered with aging, sudden/chronic illness, or disability.
–– An EAP Specialist will gather the details about what you and your family need.
–– Based on your criteria, Cascade will research your best options, make calls, ask about availability, ensure licensure, check for complaints and gather rates.
–– Your EAP specialist will present at least three viable options within three business days of the initial call.
–– Follow up is provided to ensure your satisfaction.
