Face–to–face Counseling
Our Solution Oriented approach to EAP services enables the counselor and client to establish realistic goals that can be accomplished within the face–to–face visits of the EAP

Telephone Counseling
When an employee contacts Cascade for an appointment our EAP Service Coordinators obtains general identifying information and asks the client to describe their concern. The employee is then matched with a specific counselor based
on specialty and geographic location.

Online (with searchable databases)
Cascade's EAP allows members easy access to information about the benefits that are available to them and for supervisors and managers to get the resources for maximum value of the EAP.
